Terms & Information

Reservation Policy

· To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.
· The remaining balance can be settled at any time up until the day of your cruise.

Cancellation Policy

· For cancellations made up to 1 week before the cruise, the deposit is fully refundable.
· For cancellations made less than 1 week before the cruise, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Weather Policy

· In the event of severe weather conditions and if the port authorities prohibit sailing, we will reschedule your cruise based on availability.
· If rescheduling is not possible, the reservation amount will be fully refunded.
This policy applies only when the cruise is canceled by the port authorities or at the company's discretion for safety reasons.

Procedures & Required Documentation

· Our company is obligated by the port authorities to submit the necessary documentation in due time for sailing authorization and safety procedures.
· Closer to your embarkation date, a member of our team will contact you to request the passport details of all guests.
We fully understand that this is sensitive personal information, and we assure you that it will be used strictly and exclusively for the preparation of the "Passenger List" and the "Charter Party" documentation.
